What happens when paintings, sculpture, antiquities, and fertility gods emerge from their mounts and frames? Mix in artists, guards, critics, lovers, and curators and you have…Exhibit This! The Museum Comedies by Luigi Jannuzzi. This fast-paced series of comedic vignettes and monologues based on more than 50 works of art at the Metropolitan Museum of Art brings art and comedy together as never before.

Auditions are at 7 p.m. on January 10 and 11, 2012 at the Vergennes Opera House. We have roles for as few as 6 or as many as 36 adults. Non-speaking roles for children are possible.
